Use this form to report a planning breach e.g. unauthorised works to trees, businesses operating outside of lawful use or properties demolition within a conservation area.

Before reporting a suspected planning breach you can use our planning application search or list of protected trees to see if planning permission has been sought or works to a tree or trees is restricted.

We will ask you for the location of the problem and in some instances, we may ask for your contact details.

After you have submitted your form, we will email you to confirm we have received it and are dealing with your report.
